Enjoying One Another
God created us for community. He has given us the church, in part, for life together. As a church, we are united to one another by faith, members of Christ's body. We pray that our people will actively participate in a Redeemer Group. These small groups are the primary avenue for our members to share life together by knowing, enjoying and serving one another and our neighbors. Groups meet from September-May.
Current Redeemer Groups
Crescent Hill Group ( Brooks and Lindsay Fowler): The Fowler group meets in Crescent Hill every 2nd and 4th Sunday at 5:30pm to share a potluck and fellowship together.
Oldham County Group ( Jason and Betsy Mier ): Join the Mier group on 2nd and 4th Sundays for dinner in Prospect, KY. We enjoy food, prayer and fellowship along with discussions around the sermon/Sunday school. All are welcome!
Zoom & Sunday Lunch Group (Brian Clark): Brian Clark’s group meets 2 Wednesdays per month on Zoom for a study of the Westminster Larger Catechism and prayer. In addition, we enjoy fellowship over lunch after church on a monthly basis. This group has been primarily attended by some of our senior members, but all ages/stages are welcome!
Jeffersontown Group ( Ken and Mary Jane Kimball ): The Kimball and Keister group meets every 1st and 3rd Sunday at the church during youth group for conversation over food, for singing and prayer. Bring a snack to share.
Jeffersonville Group ( Robert and Lindsay Lail ): The Lails’ group will meet every 2nd and 4th Sunday in Jeffersonville, In. We will meet for dinner and a time of fellowship, sermon discussion and prayer. We are a new group and all ages/stages are welcome!
Lake Forest Group ( Matt and Kate Griffiths ): The Griffiths group meets every 2nd and 4th Sunday evening in Lake Forest for fellowship, sermon discussion and prayer. While our group is largely made up of families with children, all ages/stages are welcome!
Middletown Group ( Tom and Abby Thistleton; Josh and Suzy Barnes ): The Thistleton and Barnes group meets in Middletown every 2nd and 4th Fridays at 6:00pm for a meal and prayer. Our group is largely a mix of families with children, but all are welcome!
Highlands Group ( Jeffrey and Katie Nau ): The Nau and King group meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday, usually in the Nau family’s home near Bellarmine University. Our group is a mix of ages and stages, including a few babies and teenagers. We spend time in fellowship over a meal, then discuss the sermon and pray together.
Bardstown, KY Group ( Taylor and Millie Weatherford; Aaron and Chasity Carr ): We meet monthly for fellowship in the Bardstown area. We are composed of three families with children and welcome any to join us!
St. Matthews Group ( Dana and Forest Arnold ): Can’t quite find the time for a conventional 2x/month group? The Arnold group is for you! This group meets about once a month in St. Matthews for a potluck, singing and prayer. All are welcome!
